Founded in 1996 by Roger Gemmel, Ultrafine Depth Filtration is a privately owned company which specialises in diesel fuel, oil and air filtration systems. In the 22 years since its inception, UDF has continued to develop and expand its product line to the point where UDF filtration systems are now the most efficient and economical available anywhere in the world.
Our filtration systems can be fitted to all types of heavy mobile equipment, including road fleet, domestic diesel vehicles and fixed plant industrial machinery. Our systems are installed by the OEM prior to delivery, or as retro-fit.

We strive to provide the correct protection for diesel engines to prevent premature engine failure. We aim to not only eliminate contaminates, but to improve the overall life cycle of these machines, with performance and efficiency gains which have an added benefit of reducing emissions.

UDF Filter technology
The fluid is channelled down the sides in-between the housing and element, the end caps are sealed ensuring all the fluid passes through the multiple layered element into the centre ensuring complete filtration down to 0.5 micron, regardless of the type of fluid the flow direction is from out to in.
UDF filter provide 20 times better filtration than the standard filters provided by the OEMS in your equipment. The UDF filter continuously removes contamination (dirt, combustion, oxidation and abrasive particles) down to 0.5 micron and thus improving the lifecycle which extends service interval can be achieved with testing and monitoring.
